88,000 Children at risk of death due to malnutrition in the Northeast, says UNICEF

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) on Friday lamented that 88,000 children with Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) are at risk of death in Northeast, as they remained untreated. The Nigerian military has repelled an attempt by Boko Haram to overrun Gamboru-Ngala, a Nigerian border town with Cameroon.
