This was announced by the governor during the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th combined convocation ceremony of the university for the award of first degrees, postgraduate diplomas, higher degrees and prizes, Daily Trust reports. He said 864 students got second class upper, 1, 945 got second class lower, 1, 038 graduated with third class, while 60 bagged a pass degree, adding that those that graduated with a pass degree were admitted in 2013 session, before the abolition of the pass degree by the National Universities Commission (NUC).
